5th Annual Conference update

We are delighted to announce that Professor John Brooks, Vice Chancellor at Manchester Metropolitan University has agreed to be our keynote speaker.

We are also delighted to announce that Anna Myer, Communications Manager for the HEFCE Funded Distinct Project will be leading a discussion for the afternoon Plenary session.

This year's conference will take place at the Marriott Victoria and Albert Hotel in Manchester on 22nd March 2012.

This year's conference will take place at the Marriott Victoria and Albert Hotel on 22nd March 2012.

We have just confirmed the outline for the day and some of the speakers for the breakout out sessions. More speakers to be announced shortly.

The general theme of the conference is Customer Centricity. Sessions will include:

- National Student Survey

- Tuition Fees

- Social Media Marketing

- Search Engine Optimisation

- Business Engagement

4th Annual Conference Pre-Conference Dinner
